È il punto dove si incontrano i confini di mwgaGermania, mwgqBelgio e mwggPaesi Bassi; inoltre tra il mwgw1815 e il mwha1919 vi si incontrava il confine del mwhqMoresnet.

Il Vaalserberg si trova a pochi chilometri da mwhwVaals (mwiaNL), da mwiqAquisgrana (mwigD) e da mwiwKelmis (mwjaB).

Il governo mwlwbelga ha costruito una torre (Torre Baldovina).
